Calzedonia Group
is an international company with more than 5500 stores (Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Falconeri) present in 50 countries all over the World. In Russia we already have more than 550 stores, and the Company is constantly growing.

You will have the following Responsibilities
:
Support (legal, contractual and economical) to the Expansion Department in the development of direct and franchising network of shops for all our brands with following tasks:
- Creation and check of rent contracts, mailing, claims,
- Creation and check of franchising contracts,
- Negotiations with landlords on the legal part
- Support to the franchisee partners on the legal part,
- Research about judicial cases/case histories,
- Analysis about renewal of contracts,
- Registration of rent contracts and related activities.

Requirements:

- High degree in Law,
- More than 2 years of experience with real estate rent contracts,
- Strong knowledge of Russian legislation,
- Experience in retail as a plus,
- Upper Intermediate/Advanced English (spoken and written),
- Smart, communicative, initiative and team oriented personality.
